This SMS Opt-In Policy describes how Gainwork / Alvarez & Associates LLC ("we," "our," or "us") collects consent to send SMS text messages and how you can manage your SMS preferences.

1. Who Sends the Messages

SMS messages are sent by Gainwork / Alvarez & Associates LLC, located in Tarpon Springs, Florida. Our SMS communications are powered by Twilio.

2. How You Opt In

You opt in to receive SMS messages from us by:

• Completing the waitlist signup form at gainwork.careers, providing your mobile phone number, and checking the SMS consent checkbox that reads: "I agree to receive SMS updates about Gainwork's launch. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time."

By checking this box and submitting the form, you expressly consent to receive text messages from us at the mobile number you provided. Your consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.

3. Types of Messages You Will Receive

By opting in, you may receive the following types of SMS messages:

• Confirmation that you have been added to the Gainwork waitlist.
• Updates about Gainwork's development progress and launch timeline.
• Announcements about early access availability.
• Occasional product news and feature announcements.

We will not send promotional messages unrelated to Gainwork without your additional consent.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency will vary. You can expect to receive no more than 4–6 messages per month. We will only contact you when we have meaningful updates to share.

5. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. These charges are billed by your mobile carrier. We are not responsible for any charges from your carrier related to SMS messages.

6. How to Opt Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from us at any time by:

• Replying STOP to any SMS message you receive from us.
• Contacting us directly at rich@alvarezassociatesfl.com and requesting to be removed from our SMS list.

After you reply STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message, and then no further SMS messages will be sent to your number. Opting out of SMS does not remove you from our email waitlist.

8. Privacy of Your Phone Number

Our SMS program is available on all major U.S. wireless carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and Sprint. Carrier support may vary.

We may update this SMS Opt-In Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Continued receipt of SMS messages after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
